Avimor Water Reclamation Company has been providing sewer and recycled water service to Avimor community in Boise, Idaho since 2009.

Customer Service and Billing Inquiries

Do you have a question about your service or bill?  Click “Pay My Bill” to login to your customer account portal.  The customer account portal allows access to your account to view account history, pay your bill and view customer notices.

Should you need to contact our customer service representatives directly, please click “Email” or call (971) 703-4242.  Our customer service office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.

Quarterly Billing

Service is billed quarterly and in advance of the service period.  Quarterly billing statements include Q1 (January, February, March), Q2 (April, May, June), Q3 (July, August, September) and Q4 (October, November, December).  Payments are due by the 20th of the billing month.

ARCA and ASO Billing

We will now include Avimor Residential Community Association (ARCA) and Avimor Stewardship Organization (ASO) fees in your quarterly bill.  You will only make one quarterly payment for all three services.  Current fees are shown in the Rate Schedule (see Downloads).

Apply for, Transfer, or Stop Service

New and existing customers can apply for, transfer, or stop services by contacting us by phone or email.  Please complete and submit a new Customer Service Agreement (see Downloads).

New Development

If you are planning new development within the service area of the utility, please contact us for information on new customer account set up, permitting, inspections, and fees.

Contact us to be provided with design and construction standards.

For any concerns about your service, please contact customer service by email or phone.  For emergencies, please call the emergency phone number.

  • Please note that as of January 2024, a Late Fee of $20.00/month may be applied if payment is not received by the Due Date. 


    Payment for the full year, 2024, is accepted via check, or through your online Customer Portal!
