Customer Service and Billing Inquiries
Do you have a question about your service or bill? Click “Pay My Bill” to login to your customer account portal. The customer account portal allows access to your account to view account history, pay your bill and view customer notices.
Should you need to contact our customer service representatives directly, please click “Email” or call (971) 703-4242. Our customer service office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.
Monthly Billing
Service is billed monthly and in arrears, covering the previous months base rates and usage. Billing statements are mailed out at the beginning of each month and payments are due by the 20th of the month.
Apply for, Transfer, or Stop Service
New and existing customers can apply for, transfer, or stop services by contacting us by phone or email. Please complete and submit a new Customer Service Agreement (see Downloads).
New Development
If you are planning new development within the service area of the utility, please contact us for information on new customer account set up, permitting, inspections, and fees.
Contact us to be provided with design and construction standards.
