Customer Service and Billing Inquiries
Do you have a question about your service or bill? Click “Pay My Bill” to login to your customer account portal. The customer account portal allows access to your account to view account history, pay your bill and view customer notices.
Should you need to contact our customer service representatives directly, please click “Email” or call (971) 703-4242. Our customer service office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.
Monthly Billing
Service is billed monthly and covers the previous month’s base rates and water usage. Billing statements are mailed out at the beginning of each month and payments are due by the 20th of the month.
Apply for, Transfer, or Stop Service
New and existing customers can apply for, transfer, or stop services by contacting us by phone or email. Please complete and submit a new Service Agreement (see Downloads).
New Development
If you are planning new development within the service area of the utility, please contact us for information on new customer account set up, permitting, inspections, and fees.

For any concerns about your service, please contact customer service by email or phone. For emergencies, please call the emergency phone number at (877) 711-2755.
