Bellingham District Energy
Puttman Infrastructure is currently leading efforts with the City and Port of Bellingham to redevelop Bellingham’s downtown waterfront. We are spearheading the creation of a new district energy system, district water system, and micro-hydro system totaling over $25M in value.
In addition, Puttman worked with the Port and City to development of a full utility master plan for public water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and franchise utilities based on projected growth and street alignments. A full investment and funding plan is also being developed to direct public and private infrastructure investments for the 175-acre redevelopment.
Public Private Partnership (P3) Delivery
Business arrangements include a public-private partnership with the City and Port for implementation.
